This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing
the appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 14th of August, 2023
passed by the Court of learned Principal District Judge, Budgam in
Summary Suit filed by the Plaintiff/ Respondent herein under Section 37 of
the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) titled ‘Shabir Ahmad Dar v. Noor
Mohammad Shah’.
Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant/ Appellant.
Issue notice to the Non-Applicant/ Respondent, returnable
within a period of four weeks. Requisites for service within two weeks.
