                           [3]             Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. accepts notice on behalf of

all the respondents. Hence service is complete on all the respondents.
[4] Learned G.A. prays for three weeks’ time for filing
counter affidavit.

[5] Mr. M. Rakesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays
for stay of the office memorandum dated 07.07.2021 and letter dated
21.11.2024 issued by the Deputy Secretary (Land Resources),
Government of Manipur.

[6] Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A., submits that he may be
given some time to take instruction with the prayer of the interim relief.
[7] List this case on 16.04.2025.
