2. This second appeal has been filed by the defendant against
judgment and decree dated 08.08.2011 and 19.08.2011 respectively
passed by learned District Judge, Giridih in Eviction Appeal No. 4 of
2010 whereby the judgment and decree dated 25.09.2010 and
04.10.2010 respectively passed by learned Sub-Judge- IV, Giridih in
Eviction Suit No. 2 of 1998 has been upheld.
