instant petition can be disposed in light of the judgment

encapsulated in Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.

reported in (SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation:

2024:RJ-JP:5792).

Accordingly, respondent No.3 is directed to adjudicate the

representation(s)/notice for demand of justice (Annexure-2)

considering the judgment passed in Pawan Meena (Supra) and

circular dated 19.02.2024 passed by Chief Secretary, Rajasthan

within a period of 30 days from passing of this order.
