Into Legal World in collaboration with DY Patil University presents this “Certificate Course on Cyber Law, AI Regulation, and Data Privacy” to help you understand this fast-changing landscape. Module 7: IT Rules, 2021 – Guidelines for Social Media & Online Gaming Intermediaries

  • Classification of intermediaries: Significant Social Media Intermediaries (SSMIs) vs. others
