About the Course
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to competition law in India, covering its economic rationale, legal evolution, and regulatory framework. Through five modules, it explores key theories (Harvard, Chicago, Asian), core concepts like market power and dominance, and anti-competitive practices—both unilateral and coordinated. It also covers merger control, CCI procedures, enforcement tools, and sectoral coordination. Designed for students, legal professionals, and economists, the course blends theory with case studies and expert insights.
About the Internship Opportunity
This course includes an opportunity to intern at the Centre for Legal & Economic Regulatory Analysis (CLERA), Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur. CLERA is a research centre focused on regulatory developments in sectors like securities, competition, finance, insolvency, and insurance.
