About the Guest
Mr. Abhishek K. Singh, Partner at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, and an alumnus of NALSAR University of Law and Harvard Law School. Mr. Singh is a distinguished practitioner in internet and technology law, regularly appearing before the Supreme Court of India and arbitral tribunals. His work spans complex disputes on platform regulation, intermediary liability, and data privacy.
Over his career, he has represented leading technology companies, including Google Pay in a landmark regulatory and privacy case, and a global social media platform in one of India’s earliest writ petitions on account suspension. In addition to his litigation practice, he has contributed to academia as a visiting faculty member at NLSIU, Bengaluru.
