1. The present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (erstwhile Section 439 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 19732) seeks interim bail in the proceedings arising from FIR No.
106/2024 registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and
Psychotropics Substances Act, 1985 and Section 174 of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860,3 registered at P.S., Special Cell, Delhi.
