Eligibility:

Associate (A1 Level): At least one year of prior experience as a Junior Associate in capital markets (SME or Mainboard exposure required).

Assessment Intern: Fresh graduates with a solid understanding of Companies Act and a demonstrable interest in capital market regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct legal due diligence for capital market transactions

Work on filings, compliance checks, and regulatory documentation

Apply SEBI and Companies Act provisions to real-world issues
