Role: Associate – Full-Time (On-site)
Location: Noida, India
Eligibility / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, legal research, and providing legal advice.
- Experience with court proceedings, client representation, and case management.
- Strong understanding of Real Estate Advisory, Corporate Transaction Advisory, White Collar Crime Advisory, and Negotiable Instruments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience dealing with clients from diverse industries is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients across various sectors.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Manage client interactions and case workflows efficiently.
