About the Role
Vaish Associates Advocates is inviting applications for the role of Associate in its General Corporate and Transaction Advisory practice at the Delhi office. This position is best suited for legal professionals with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience who possess strong drafting skills and a sound understanding of corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
Eligibility

Experience: 2–3 years of PQE in general corporate law and transaction advisory

Mandatory Qualification: LL.B. from a reputed institution

Preferred Qualification: Company Secretary with ICSI membership

Skills: Excellent legal drafting, analytical thinking, and ability to work collaboratively and independently
Roles and Responsibilities

Transactional Work: Draft, review, and assist in negotiating transaction-related documents

Advisory & Opinions: Draft legal opinions on the Companies Act, FEMA, FCRA, and SEBI regulations

Due Diligence: Lead and coordinate legal due diligence exercises with internal and external stakeholders

Client Management: Independently manage client interactions and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

General Corporate Advisory: Draft and vet commercial and operational agreements

Regulatory Expertise: Apply a working knowledge of corporate and regulatory frameworks to advise on compliance and legal strategy
