About the Organisation:
Tandon Law Associates is a full-service litigation and corporate law firm handling diverse matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, District Courts of Delhi, CAT, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, and DRT. The firm is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate.
Eligibility:
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Must be enrolled advocates with strong drafting and research skills.
- Ability to prepare and finalise drafts independently.
- Sound knowledge of substantive and procedural laws including IPC, CPC, CrPC, NI Act, Commercial Courts Act, IBC 2016, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Companies Act, and other allied legislations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drafting, vetting, and finalising legal documents.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research and preparing opinions.
- Appearing and assisting in court hearings across multiple forums.
- Engaging in matters before the Supreme Court, High Court, tribunals, and regulatory bodies.
- Demonstrating diligence, sincerity, and commitment to professional excellence.
