About the Role
Atrangii is inviting applications for two positions in its Legal team, exclusively for professionals with prior experience in the Media and Entertainment industry. The roles offer an opportunity to work on dynamic legal matters within a fast-evolving sector.
Eligibility
- Middle-Senior Legal Professional: 3–4 years of experience.
- Junior Legal Professional: 1–2 years of experience.
- Prior and relevant experience in the Media and Entertainment industry is mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts specific to the media and entertainment domain.
- Providing legal advice on compliance, intellectual property, and industry-specific regulations.
- Assisting in dispute resolution and litigation as required.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of agreements and transactions.
