HR Tec Solutions is seeking an experienced Manager, Legal (Legal & Compliance) to join its team in Hyderabad. The role offers the opportunity to work with a global leader, supporting critical business operations and driving compliance excellence across domains.
Eligibility
- Qualification: LLB (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience: 5–8 years in legal and compliance roles
- Strong background in commercial contract laws, compliance frameworks, and legal risk analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts across various domains
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advisory support
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure compliance in business processes
- Design contract templates and streamline contract review mechanisms
- Provide support in litigation matters and intellectual property issues
- Lead initiatives to strengthen compliance and mitigate legal risks
