About the Role
AMLEGALS, a specialised law firm with a strong focus on corporate, commercial, and litigation practice, is looking to engage experienced professionals as Of Counsels for its Vadodara office. Eligibility
- Minimum 7–10 years of PQE in relevant areas of law.
- Proven expertise in corporate advisory, litigation, and dispute resolution.
- Strong client-handling and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with the core team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients in assigned practice areas.
- Oversee and manage litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
- Draft, review, and finalise contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and business networks.
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
