01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement
(Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
records.
3. This is an application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. read
with Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed by the Petitioner
with a prayer to quash the Cognizance order dt. 30.06.2021 passed
in G.R. Case No.491 of 2020 arising out of Pipili P.S. Case
No.334 of 2020 pending before the learned J.M.F.C., Pipili, for
alleged commission of offences under Sections 341/323/294/354/
506/34 of I.P.C.
