2. The present Intra Court appeal has been instituted, assailing a Judgment & Order
dated 20.08.2024, passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No. 5416/2015,
dismissing the writ petition, thereby upholding the penalty so imposed upon the
petitioner by the disciplinary authority.
