Heard Mr. N.N. Upadhyaya, learned counsel for the petitioners.
In this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section
115/151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the petitioners have challenged the order
dated 21.06.2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Bilasipara, in Misc.(J)
Case No.165/2024, arising out of Title Suit No.49/2024. It is to be noted here that vide
impugned order dated 21.06.2025, the learned Trial Court has dismissed the petition filed
by the petitioners under Order VI Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the CPC for
amendment of the plaint by making few additions in the plaint.
Perused the petition and the documents placed on record and also perused the
impugned order dated 21.06.2025.
