Heard Mr. B. Kaushik, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. RKD
Choudhury, learned Deputy S.G.I.

This is an application under Section 447 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha
Sanhita(BNSS), 2023, praying for transfer of Special Case No. 03/2024 arising
out of CBI, ACB Guwahati Case No. RC0172018A0014[RC14(A)/2018-GWH]
under Sections 120 B r/w Sections 11, 12 & 13 (1) (d) of PC Act, 1988 from the
court of the Special Judge, CBI, Guwahati to the court of the learned District
and Sessions Judge, Yupia, Arunachal Pradesh.

Issue notice to the respondent.

As Mr. RKD Choudhury, learned Deputy S.G.I. has entered appearance and
accepted notice on behalf of the respondent, no formal notice is required to be
served.

However, extra copy of the petition be furnished to the learned counsel
for the respondent, during the course of the day.

Call for the scanned copy of trial Court record.

Registry to procure the record.

List the matter after two weeks.

In the meantime, the learned Deputy S.G.I. is at liberty to file objection.
