learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent no. 2, State of Arunachal Pradesh.

2. The petitioners herein, 5 in nos., have been charge-sheeted in Charge-Sheet no.
12/2025 submitted on 31.01.2025 after completion of investigation in connection with
Gogamukh Police Station Case no. 63/2023 under Sections 147/148/302/326/307 of the
Indian Penal Code [IPC] read with Sections 25[1-A]/27[3] of the Arms Act, 1959. In the
Charge-Sheet, it is mentioned that when search was conducted in the house of the
petitioners to apprehend them in connection with investigation of Gogamukh Police Station
Case no. 63/2023, the petitioners were found absent and the family members of the
petitioners did not co-operate the Police personnel to conduct the house search. In the
Charge-Sheet, it is mentioned that sufficient incriminating materials have been collected
against the petitioners In the FIR lodged in connection with Gogamukh Police Station Case
no. 63/2023 on 05.06.2023, the place of incident was mentioned as Panbari Village.
