About the Role
Vishrut and Associates is offering a paid assessment internship for 2–3 young professionals passionate about Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters. Join our Process Advisory division and gain hands-on exposure to key insolvency processes and tasks including CIRP, Liquidation, PPIRP, and Personal Guarantor cases. This internship offers a valuable learning experience with industry pioneers and an opportunity for long-term association based on performance.
Who Can Apply?
→ Law, CA, CS, CMA aspirants or fresh graduates
→ Candidates from related professional backgrounds with an interest in insolvency
→ PGIPians are preferred
Preferred Exposure
→ Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)
→ Liquidation processes
→ Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PPIRP)
→ Personal Guarantor (PG) cases
Highlight any related academic or practical experience in your CV.
What You Will Do
→ Assist Insolvency Professionals in various mandates
→ Participate in CoC/SCC meetings
→ Draft legal and procedural documents
→ Verify claims and support claim adjudication
→ Perform related insolvency process support tasks
Work Mode
→ Offline, regular office hours at Delhi NCR
