2. The learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to
take out personal notice to the 2nd respondent and file
proof of service.

3. Post on 16.04.2025.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
petitioners were arraigned as A.2 to A.4 in C.C. No. 319
of 2024, on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of
First Class, Addanki. It is submitted that the marriage
between the 2nd respondent and A.1/ son of petitioners 1

and 2 was solemnized on 11.08.2021. The 1st petitioner is
the father-in-law, the 2nd petitioner is the mother-in-law,
and petitioners 3 and 4 are the sisters-in-law, of the 2nd
respondent/ de facto complainant. Certain marital
disputes arose between the son of petitioners 1 and 2
and the 2nd respondent and as such, the 2nd respondent
filed a complaint. After completion of investigation, the
police filed a charge sheet, which was taken on file and
numbered as C.C. No. 319 of 2024 on the file of the
Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Addanki, for offences
under Section 498-A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and
Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. The
learned counsel further submits that there are no specific
allegations against the petitioners and that the petitioners
never interfered in the marital disputes between the 2nd
respondent and A.1/ the son of petitioners 1 and 2.

5. Considering the same, there shall be stay of appearance
of the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 in C.C. No.319 of 2024 on the
file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class,
Addanki, for a period of six weeks.
