Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

instant matter can be decided in light of Suneel Kumar Chetiwal

& Ors. Vs. Rajasthan Staff Selection Board & Anr registered

as S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.17742/2024, wherein categorical

directions were passed to decide the representation of the

petitioner, strictly within a period of 30 days in accordance with

the dictum encapsulated in Pawan Meena vs. State of

Rajasthan & Ors. reported in (SBCWP No. 1665/2024;

Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792) and circular issued by

Chief Secretary.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this

Court directs that the representation of the petitioner be decided

in light of Suneel Kumar Chetiwal (Supra), decided on

05.12.2024.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in light of

Suneel Kumar Chetiwal (Supra). Pending applications, if any,

shall stand disposed of.
