Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application

for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the

offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341,

342, 307, 353, 435, 427, 120(B) of IPC and Section 17

of CLA Act.

3. Prosecution case in nutshell is that the mob

was making protest against the establishment of police

camp. It is further alleged that the mob attacked on the

police personnel, pelted stones causing injuries and put

the vehicle on fire.
