Partha Banerjee resigns from the position of Director & Head- Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs and Senior Management Personnel of the Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the organization.
“I hereby tender my resignation, from the position of Director & Head – Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs and as a Senior Management Personnel of Niva Bupa, to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the Organisation,” Partha said in the resignation letter.
Partha was responsible for legal, compliance, regulatory affairs, and fraud control. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Banaras Hindu University and a master’s degree in law from OP Jindal Global University, Haryana.
Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited and ITC Limited.
He has experience in compliance, corporate law, and governance.
He joined the Company on October 20, 2016.
