2. Order dated 6th January, 2025 passed by this Court
reads thus:
“We are of the view that all disputes
between the first petitioner (husband) and
the second respondent (wife) can be put to
rest if the first petitioner pay a sum of
Rs.5,50,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Fifty
Thousand) to the second respondent. If
the second respondent is agreeable for
this suggestion, this Court can pass order
in exercise of jurisdiction under Article
142 of the Constitution of India by
dissolving the marriage and by quashing
the First Information Report.
