2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Borio (J)
P.S. Case No. 313 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 179 of 2025, for the
offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302 of the Indian
Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned
Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj.
3. On 03.10.2023, the petitioners along with co-accused persons had
assaulted one Ajay Singh @ Lulha. There was dispute over consuming of liquor
between the parties. Later on, petitioners along with co-accused persons again
came to the place of occurrence and one Panda Singh shot the husband of the
informant Shankar Turi, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries.
