That, the Plaintiff has filed the
instant suit seeking relief of Partition
and Separate Possession as assailed
infra:-
Firstly, seeking equitable
partition and separate
allotment of the Plaintiff’s
legitimate share in the suit
Schedule Property by metes
and bounds.
Secondly, to hold an inquiry
into the rental income/profits
arising from the suit Schedule
Judgment 5 O.S.No.2728/2021
Property from the year 2018
and direct the Defendant to
deposit the rents of the suit
Schedule Property from the
date of suit till the actual
division and allotment of the
Plaintiff’s shares and
consequently for share in the
said profits also,
Thirdly, seeking relief of
Perpetual Injunction,
restraining the Defendants
from disposing or alienating
the suit Schedule Property as
Judgment 6 O.S.No.2728/2021
against third parties till
disposal of the suit.
