1. By way of this petition, the petitioner is

seeking transfer of the case bearing HMA Number 416

of 2021, titled as “KULDEEP DAGAR Vs.POOJA” from

the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dwarka,

Delhi to the Family Court at Rohtak, Haryana.

2. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the

parties and a perusal of the material on record, we

are of the opinion that the petitioner has made out

a ground for transfer of the present petition and

accordingly, the same is allowed.

3. Accordingly, as prayed for, case bearing HMA

Number. 416 of 2021, titled as “KULDEEP DAGAR

Vs.POOJA” is directed to be transferred from the

Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dwarka,

Delhi to the Family Court at Rohtak, Haryana.
