O R D E R
1. Mr. Aishwary Bajpai, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner submits that the arguing counsel is unwell and he
does not have any instructions to argue the case.
2. We have considered the material available on record.

Reason: than 7 months in connection with the offence punishable
under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act. The

allegation against the petitioner is of accepting illegal
gratification to the tune of Rs.10,000/-. The investigation
is complete. The petitioner, being a public servant, there
is no chance of her absconding.
3. Let notice be issued to the respondent – State of
Bihar, returnable in four weeks.
4. In the meantime, we hereby direct that the petitioner
herein shall be released on interim bail upon furnishing
bail and personal bond to the satisfaction of the trial
court. For this purpose, she shall be produced before the
trial court within a period of two days from the receipt of
copy of this order, which shall be transmitted to the
Registrar General, High Court of Patna forthwith by e-mail.
