The Application filed by the obstructor under
order 21 rule 97, 99 and 101 read with section
151 of C.P.C., is rejected and the suit filed in
O.S.No.4833/2013 and O.S.No.7055/2013 are
dismissed with costs.
Draw decree accordingly.
