Md. Ajmal Hussain, learned counsel appearing for the
respondents submitted that the direction given by this court has already
been complied with by the respondents. In support of his contention, the
learned counsel placed before this court a letter dated 10-01-2025 of
the Deputy Collector/LA, Kangpokpi addressed to the District Judge,
Senapati District, Manipur, referring the compensation matter under
Section 64 & 65 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in
Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2023.

Mr. S. Rupachandra, learned senior counsel appearing for the
petitioner also endorsed the submission made by the counsel appearing
for the respondents.

In view of the submission made above, the present contempt
petition is hereby closed.
