The complainant has filed the present complaint U/Sec.200
of Cr.P.C., alleging that the accused has committed the offence
punishable U/Sec.138 of Negotiable Instruments Act (herein after
referred as N.I.Act).
2. The case of the complainant in brief is as follows:-
The accused having acquaintance with the complainant since
several years in terms of borrowing hand loan and by returning
promptly. During the month of May-2019, the accused
approached the complainant for financial assistance of
Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees six lakhs) towards his domestic needs.
The complainant has lent a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees six
lakhs) to the accused from May-2019 to September-2019 through
RTGS and by way of cash as per the accused requirements. The
accused has promised to repay the loan amount within two years.
