The Indian Journal of Constitutional Law (IJCL) is proud to announce the first edition of the ‘Dignity Law: Practice and Promise’ Conference, in collaboration with the NALSAR Centre for Constitutional Law, Public Policy and Good Governance and the Access to Justice Program at NALSAR.

This conference aims to explore dignity not just as an aspirational constitutional value, but as a powerful legal and pedagogical tool. It invites critical engagement with dignity as both a doctrinal principle and a transformative ethic shaping Indian constitutionalism.

Call for Abstracts
We welcome submissions from:

  • Academics and researchers

  • Legal practitioners and policy professionals

  • Students of law and allied disciplines

Abstracts should reflect original and critical engagement with the dignity framework across domains of law, governance, pedagogy, and practice.
