some personal difficulties, the contemnor no.10 is not able to appear before

this Court in person and prays for fixing another date so as to enable the

contemnor no.10 to appear before this Court.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the alleged

contemnor no.10, let the matter appear on 8th January, 2025 for

appearance of the contemnor no.10 and further orders.
