02. 1. In spite of due service of notice, there is no
appearance on behalf of the complainant-Informant.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and
learned counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with G.R. Case No.288 of 2023 pending in
the Court of learned JMFC, Bhapur, arising out of
Fategarh P.S. Case No.301 of 2023 for commission of
offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 307, 341,
354-B, 379, 452, 506 & 34 of I.P.C. R/w 25 & 27 of the
Arms Act.
