The plaintiffs have filed this suit against the defendant
for the following judgment and decree :-
i. To direct the defendant to quit and deliver
the vacant physical possession of the suit
schedule property to the plaintiffs,
ii. To direct the defendant to pay
Rs.3,84,000/- towards arrears of rent from
June 2018 to January 2019 together with
interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from the date
of suit till the date of payment,

iii. To direct the defendant to pay
Rs.1,00,000/- towards damages together
with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from the
date of suit till the date of payment,
iv. For order an enquiry on mesne profits under
Order XX Rule 12 of the Code of Civil
Procedure,
v. Permanent injunction restraining the
defendant from interfering with the rights of
the plaintiffs whatsoever in the suit
schedule property to the third parties.
