1. Having heard and considered the submissions

advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner,

and after going through the impugned order, we are

not inclined to entertain the instant special leave

petition, which is directed against an order dated

22.05.2025 passed by the High Court rejecting the

petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure, 1973 filed by the petitioner. The

petitioner is the younger brother of the respondent

No.3(Husband of respondent No.2). During pendency of

the maintenance proceedings filed by the respondent

No.2, ‘Smt. Neeraj’, her husband ‘Shri. Abhitendra @

Himanshu @ Amitendra Mishra’, alienated property in

question to his younger brother who is the petitioner

herein. This transfer being collusive in nature was

aimed to deprive the respondent No.2 from her

rightful claim of maintenance.
