1. Having heard and considered the submissions
advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner,
and after going through the impugned order, we are
not inclined to entertain the instant special leave
petition, which is directed against an order dated
22.05.2025 passed by the High Court rejecting the
petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 filed by the petitioner. The
petitioner is the younger brother of the respondent
No.3(Husband of respondent No.2). During pendency of
the maintenance proceedings filed by the respondent
No.2, ‘Smt. Neeraj’, her husband ‘Shri. Abhitendra @
Himanshu @ Amitendra Mishra’, alienated property in
question to his younger brother who is the petitioner
herein. This transfer being collusive in nature was
aimed to deprive the respondent No.2 from her
rightful claim of maintenance.
