03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement
(Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. This interlocutory application has been filed by the
Petitioners seeking extension of time to surrender before the
court below vide order dated 22.08.2022 passed by this Court in
the aforesaid bail application.
3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned
counsel for the State-Opposite Party.
4. Considering the submissions made, the order dated
22.08.2022 is hereby recalled.
