UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. The petitioner is an accused in FIR No. 54/2021, dated
27.11.2021, registered under Sections 466, 420 and 34 IPC, at P.S.
Cyber, District Pune. The petitioner is stated to be arrested on
06.01.2024. He applied for bail before the High Court of Judicature
at Bombay through Criminal Bail Application No. 4640 of 2024. As
the said application has not been decided so far, the petitioner

2. The order dated 23.06.2025, passed by the High Court,
shows that the learned Judge held the Court till 6.35 P.M. but the

matter could not be taken up due to paucity of time. In such a
situation where the learned Judge of the High Court is making all
out efforts to take up the bail matters even by sitting in the
Court beyond the court hours, we are not inclined to observe
anything except to request the Hon’ble Judge to make an endeavour
to take up the petitioner’s bail application as early as possible.
3. With the aforesaid request, the Special Leave Petition
stands disposed of.
4. As a result, the pending interlocutory applications also
stand disposed of.
