01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement
(Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
records.
3. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been
filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the criminal
proceeding in C.T.Case No.623 of 2023 corresponding to
Athagarh P.S.Case No.258 of 2023 pending in the court of
the learned S.D.J.M., Athagarh for alleged commission of
offences under Sections 294, 323, 332, 353,307,506/34 of
the Indian Penal Code.
