12/03/2025 Heard Mr. Amit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner
as well as Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned counsel for the
State/respondent No. 1 to 3.
On the last date of hearing, i.e. 10.03.2025, this Court had
directed the Superintendent of Police, Bilaspur to file his personal
affidavit in the matter as to under what circumstances, the
petitioners were being called upon by the Investigating Officer to
produce the papers with respect to the stolen e-rickshaw of
petitioner No.5 who has lodged an FIR against unknown persons
on 20.01.2025.
