Order No. 04.03.2025 01. 1. An appearance memo has been filed by Mr. D.P
Dhal, Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the
Petitioner in Court. The same is taken on record.
2. Heard learned senior counsel for the Petitioner
and learned counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
connection with G.R. Case No.137 of 2025, pending in
the Court of learned JMFC, Aul arising out of Rajkanika
P.S. Case No.67 of 2025 for commission of alleged
offences under Section 376(1)/376(2)/420/
417/294/323/506 of IPC.
4. Taking into account the nature of allegation, this
Court is not inclined to entertain the application for pre-
arrest bail. However, in the event the Petitioner
surrenders before the learned Court in seisin in the

aforesaid case and moves an application for his release
on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit.
5. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
