Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the parties submit

that they have settled the matter and the settlement agreement

dated 07.05.2025 has also been brought on record.

3. From the settlement agreement dated 07.05.2025, it

transpires that the parties have decided to part ways. The

respondent-husband has already transferred an amount of

Rs.27,50,000/- (Rupees Twenty Seven Lakhs Fifty Thousand) into

the account of the petitioner-wife, which is not disputed.

The parties have also appeared in the proceedings virtually

and have been identified by their respective counsel. From

perusal of the settlement agreement, it transpires that they

have prayed to the Court to quash/set aside/close all pending

litigations inter se between the parties. Details of which are

at paragraph no.4 of the settlement agreement.
