Petitioners, through the medium of this petition filed under Section 528 of
BNSS, 2023, seek quashment of the proceedings initiated under DV Act and
order dated 16.07.2025 passed under DV Act on complaint titled “Mannat
Gupta Vs. Pujit Arora & Ors”, filed by the respondent under Sections 12, 18,
19, 20, 21, 22, & 23 of J&K Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act
2005, against the petitioners in the Court of learned Special Excise Mobile
Magistrate, Jammu.
Heard.
Issue notice to the respondent in the main petition as well as interim
application, returnable within a period of four weeks, subject to the filing of
requisites within one week.
