Order
16/01/2025Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to file a fresh
representation in a detailed manner in addition to the
representation that has been filed on an erstwhile occasion, within
a period of seven days, if he so chooses.
Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to consider the
representation and decide the same by way of speaking order,
strictly in accordance with law, following the directions
encapsulated in the judgment of Pawan Meena vs. State of
Rajasthan & Ors. reported in (SBCWP No. 1665/2024;
Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792) and circular dated
19.02.2024 passed by Chief Secretary, Rajasthan within a period
of 30 days from the date of passing of this order.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the
aforementioned directions. Petitioners will be at liberty to
approach appropriate forum in accordance with law, if the lis in
question is still survives. Pending applications, if any, shall stand
disposed of.
