The PSI of Basaveshwara Nagar Police Station has laid
charge sheet against accused for the offences punishable
U/s.341, 323, 324, 504 & 506 r/w 34 of IPC.
2. THE PROSECUTION’S CASE IN NUTSHELL IS
AS UNDER:
3 CC No.648/2025
That, on 02.08.2023, at 10-00 pm., while CW-1/PW-1 was
standing near Elahi Masjid, Kaverinagara, Basaveshwara
Nagara, the accused No.1 infurtherance of common intention to
commit offence, pursuant to his rivalry with the CW-1/PW-1 in
connection to Fish Shop, wrongfully restrained him, picked up
quarrel, accused Nos.1 to 3 kicked PW-1 by their legs, accused
No.1 assaulted him with his hands so also caused bleeding
injuries on the left leg of PW-1 by throwing the stone and
having abused him in the filthy language, threatened him to
kill if he is found in the said vicinity and thereby accused Nos.1
to 3 have committed offences punishable U/s.341, 323, 324, 504
& 506 r/w 34 of IPC.
