01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.
2. Instant contempt petition is filed by the petitioner for
non-compliance of the Court’s order as at Annexure-1.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
opposite party/contemnor is still to comply the Court’s
direction and in reply, Mr. Behera, learned AGA for the State
prays further four weeks’ time to ensure compliance of the
Court’s order dated 28th August, 2024 passed in W.P.(C)
No.20653 of 2018 as at Annexure-1.
4. Considering the above submissions, the contempt
petition stands disposed of with a direction to the opposite
party/contemnor to immediately comply the Court’s order i.e.
as at Annexure-1 within next four weeks from the date of
receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, it shall be visited
with action under the Contempt of the Courts Act.
