02/17.01.2025 Heard the Parties.

Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with
S.T. Case No.268/2024, arising out of Manika P.S. Case No.62/2022,
Corresponding to G.R. Case No.570/2024, registered under sections 147,
148, 149, 307, 341, 504, 506 of the I.P.C, Section 27 of the Arms Acts
and Section 17 of C.L.A Act, pending in the court of learned Additional
Sessions judge-I, Latehar.

On 05.06.2022 at about 11:15 P.M., the petitioner along
with the co-accused persons are alleged to have fired on the informant.
However, he had a providential escape.

It was submitted that similarly situated co-accused person
has been granted bail by this court as well as by co-ordinate bench of this
court.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case,
the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on
furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two
sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional
Sessions judge-I, Latehar in connection with S.T. Case No.268/2024,
arising out of Manika P.S. Case No.62/2022, Corresponding to G.R. Case
No.570/2024.
