2. Factual matrix of the complainant’s case is as
under:
It is stated that the complainant carries business of
supply of cements under the name of his proprietary
concern Vishnu Traders and the complainant is the sole
proprietor of the same. The complainant has been
supplying the cement to the accused since 2017. The
accused is the proprietor Infranny Ventures and was
carrying on the construction. In the course of business the
accused had placed orders and accordingly, the
complainant had supplied the goods to the accused is
